Director of Biometrics Core; University of Washington Center for AIDS Research (CFAR). Supervise management and
analysis of data from studies of HIV Infection. .

Lead statistician on a variety of studies of early infection with HIV. Director of Biostatistics Core for Seattle Primary Infection Program (SeaPIP).

Hire and supervise masters level statisticians, post-doctoral fellows and graduate students who assist with statistical analysis and mathematical modeling projects.

Conduct research using differential and difference equations to model the biology of HIV and the immune system dynamics. Includes development of statistical methods for parameter estimation in models of this type.
