Current research emphasis is on foods for health including isolation and characaterization of bioactive compounds in fruits and vegetables and understanding their role in human disease prevention

Industrial Relevance

Most of our research is focused on consumer and industry stakeholder driven. Our recent focus on consumer to farm rather than farm to consumer has stimulated interest among consumers.
