Expertise and Research Interests

My academic activities have primarily been linked to clinical issues in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Past projects have involved various aspects of pediatric minor trauma, upper airway disease, poisonings, and animal-related diseases. Most recently, my research has focused on the management of fever in young infants and on improvement of health care delivery.
