Expertise and Research Interests

My primary interests are in public health nursing, health disparities, increasing the diversity of the nursing workforce, care of vulnerable populations, and online-educational theory. I recently earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with special interest in increasing the diversity of the nursing workforce, especially African-American and Hispanic nurses.
