The RNLI approached Ultralab to turnaround their aging reputation in the eyes of young people with a vision to ensure future support of the organisation for generations to come. Lifeboats.TV is the largest video based website on the internet with 457 movies compressed in 6 formats. This project required meeting and interviewing 140 people in 8 lifeboat stations and making short web film from the interviews. Now the largest learning resources site in Europe the initial challenge was to turn a 36 booklet course study of headship into an online course supported by an online community.
