Expertise and Research Interests

My clinical practice is limited to imaging patients who have sustained traumatic or medical emergencies. My research interests encompass imaging of the cervical spine (especially the cervical-occipital junction), abdomen (imaging triage for blunt abdominal injuries), and orthopaedic trauma. Recently, we have had an interest in development of clinical prediction rules to guide imaging triage, and creation of educational materials for distributed learning related to emergency radiology.
