Ph.D., University of Paris V, Immunology, 1999.
M.D., University Paris VI, Hematology, 1996.

Expertise and Research Interests

The laboratory is supported by INSERM, the University Paris V and Necker Medical School. The focus of my research is on the differentiation and functions of cells of the mononuclear phagocyte system in vivo, in immune responses, inflammation and tumor biology, and the pathophysiology of histiocytoses.

To address these interests we use and develop mouse models utilizing GFP knock-in and knock-out mice and in vivo microscopy. We also study the biology of human monocytes and dendritic cells witn the aim to identify with the collaboration of clinicians the molecular basis of diseases of mononuclear phagocytes.
