- Launched original web site for the nationally acclaimed Antihypertensive and Lipid-Lowering Treatment to Prevent Heart Attack Trial (ALLHAT). The site had over 7,000 users, 200,000 hits, and 2,450 megabytes of data accessed during its first week of operation.
- Teamed with publications and dissemination groups to facilitate the production of journal articles and the spread of clinical study results.
- Established a secure resources web site that hosted web applications for conflict of interest, committee, and presentation reporting; manuscript status and revision processing; and a message board. Applications used: Microsoft Access and SQL Server data bases.
- Redesigned web site for the Coordinating Center for Clinical Trials and built web sites for other clinical studies.
