Expertise and Research Interests

My research involves compiling an anthology-with-analysis of the writings of major leaders on the subject of leadership. The selections are observations by men and women from a broad range of historical periods, cultures, and professions. In part, this work explores whether eminent politicians, military commanders, corporate CEOs, educators, and other leaders have common life experiences and perspectives which have contributed to their achievements.
