Expertise and Research Interests

Her research focus is on the design and evaluation of health communication and health behavior change interventions. Her research includes mass media, web-based and interpersonal communication interventions to affect behavior change, particularly in the area of early recognition of heart attack symptoms, cancer prevention and chronic disease management.
