Expertise and Research Interests

In August 2004 I retired from the University of Kansas as Assistant Vice Provost for Information Services. I have served as an independent consultant for the Kanas Board of Regents state networking project, Kan-ed.

For FY2003 and FY2004 I was on special assignment from the University of Kansas as Executive Director for the Great Plains Network, a 7 state consortium created in 1997 for '... advanced networking technology in support of collaborative research and education ... '
