Expertise and Research Interests

My expertise is in cardiothoracic anesthesiology, and more specifically in transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), in which I have extensive post graduate training. I am board certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and in Adult TEE by the National Board of Echocardiography. I have post graduate training in ICU, and practised intensive care medicine for 15 years.
