Cellular and molecular biology of vascular system. Physiology of the transendothelial exchanges of water and solutes between blood plasma and the interstitial fluid. Structure and function of endothelial phenotypic differentiations involved in transendothelial exchanges: caveolae, fenestrae, transendothelial channels, vesiculo-vacuolar organelles. Transcytosis, endocytosis, exocytosis, intracellular trafficking of biological membranes. Cell biology, molecular biology, transgenic animals.
