Expertise and Research Interests

Pipeline and Process Design for Bioprocessing Systems
Rheological Instruments and Methods for Biological Materials
Rheology for Process Design, Product Quality Control, and Process Control in Food and Pharmaceutical Processing

Industrial Relevance

Real problems are application driven. Proper rheological instruments and methods must be selected to solve practical problems.

Many biological fluids are shear-sensitive; and this phenomenon must be objectively characterized, and correlated to product quality, to design successful bioprocessing systems.
